• CD 715 – Community Supervision Framework
• CD 715-3 – Community Assessments

CD 715 was modified as a result of the Commissioner’s Directives Standardization Project and the new Regional Headquarters organizational structure which was recently announced. CD 715-3 was modified to clarify the information to be included in the Community Assessment in the case of an international transfer.

• CD 715 was reformatted as part of the CD Standardization Project. Its content was not changed, except for the mention of the Regional Deputy Commissioner, which was replaced with a mention of the Assistant Deputy Commissioner, Correctional Operations, as a result of the realignment of responsibilities at the regional level.
• In CD 715-3, a paragraph has been added to Annex B, under “Police or other official information”, to clarify the information to be included in the case of international transfers.

These policies were revised by the Community Operations Division, in cooperation with Strategic Policy.
