This stainless steel sculpture is installed on the outdoor terrace of the National Arts Centre (NAC), in Ottawa.

Created by Mexican artist Leonardo Nierman, the work is a gift to the people of Canada from the people of Mexico. It was presented to the NAC in 2006 by the Embassy of Mexico, to acknowledge cultural ties between Canada and Mexico.

Leonardo Nierman’s artworks are included among the collections of galleries around the world. A number of his sculptures have been installed in public spaces.
