Essential qualifications
Education
- A university degree in adult education, education, organizational development or other related field
OR
- A combination of a post-secondary diploma/certificate, training and/or experience combined with a minimum of three (3) years of specialized experience in a field relevant to the position.
Experience

Experience in the design, development and delivery of adult learning activities.

Experience facilitating sessions to various sized groups in both official languages.

Experience working with external and internal clients at all levels.
